Search, Filter & Request

Head to leibtour.com and browse properties by island, type, price range, dates, and guest count. Use the filters to narrow down by amenities — private pool, sea view, pet-friendly, and more.Can’t find exactly what you need, or planning a complex trip? Manual Review — Up to 24 Hours

Once you submit a booking request, LeibTour’s reservations team reviews it manually — typically within a few hours, and always within 24 hours.During this review, the team:
  • Verifies real-time availability with the property
  • Checks that the unit suits your party size and any special requirements
  • Confirms the exact rate and any applicable discounts
This step works similarly to Airbnb’s request-and-approval model: your booking isn’t confirmed until a human has signed off.
During peak season (May–July), response times may be slightly longer due to high demand. Submitting your request early in the day gives you the fastest turnaround.
Do not make travel arrangements (flights, transfers) until you have received your official confirmation email. Availability is not guaranteed until the review is complete.

Confirmation Email & Payment

When your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full booking details and a payment link.LeibTour accepts multiple payment methods:
Pay securely online via the confirmation link. Accepted for full or partial payments.
If you booked 90+ days in advance, a 15% early-booking discount is automatically applied. Booking 60+ days out? You’ll see a 10% discount. Last-minute deals carry 3–10% off.

Guest Registration Form

After payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a guest registration form to complete for every guest in your party. This is a legal requirement under Spain’s Real Decreto 933/2021 and must be submitted before check-in.
The form collects standard identification details (name, passport/ID number, date of birth, nationality). LeibTour handles submission securely — your data is never shared with third parties beyond the legal requirement.

Receive Your Voucher

Two days before your check-in date, LeibTour sends your booking voucher by email. The voucher includes:
  • Full property address and GPS coordinates
  • Check-in time and key collection instructions
  • Emergency contact details
  • Any specific arrival notes from the property
Save it to your phone — you’ll need it at the door.

Arrive & Enjoy

Present your voucher at check-in and you’re all set.
The tourism (eco) tax required by the Balearic Islands government is paid on-site at check-in directly to the property — it is not included in or collected by LeibTour. The exact amount depends on the property category and length of stay.
