What the Discount Applies To

Discounts are calculated on the accommodation price only. The following are always charged at their full, unmodified rates:

  • 🧹 Cleaning fees ❌ — set by the host, not discounted
  • 🏛️ Visitor taxes / Balearic tourist tax ❌ — government-mandated, not discounted
  • 🔑 Security deposits ❌ — refundable, not discounted

Stacking Discounts: How to Maximise Your Saving

Some discounts and savings can be combined — and some cannot.

✅ Bank Transfer + Early Booking

Paying by bank transfer saves you an extra €25 on top of your accommodation discount. These two savings work together — you can have both.

✅ Combo Deal Extras

Adding a car rental, boat, or transfer to your booking unlocks Combo Deal pricing, which stacks on top of your accommodation discount.

❌ 15% + 10% Discounts

You cannot combine the 90-day (15%) and 60-day (10%) discounts. Only one accommodation discount tier applies per booking.

❌ Coupons + Special Rates

Coupon codes (like LOCOPRICE or BESMART) cannot be combined with promotional or special rates already applied to a listing.

In accordance with Spanish consumer protection law, all applicable discounts are clearly displayed before you reach the payment confirmation screen. You will always see the original price, the discount percentage applied, and the final accommodation price — with no surprises at checkout.

Best Savings Strategy

For the maximum possible saving, book your Ibiza or Formentera accommodation at least 90 days before check-in (15% off), pay by bank transfer (extra €25 off), and add a car or boat as a Combo Deal. These three savings all apply independently and can be combined in a single booking.
