The cleaning fee is a one-time charge set by the individual property owner to cover end-of-stay cleaning. It is not set by LeibTour. The typical amount is €30 + IVA, though it can be higher for larger villas or properties with extensive facilities.In many listings the cleaning fee is already factored into the total price shown — if so, you won’t see it as a separate line item. Where it is listed separately, you’ll see it clearly broken out in your booking summary before you confirm.
Not always. There are two tax types to be aware of:
  • IVA (Spanish VAT): Generally included in accommodation rates as displayed.
  • Ecotax / Tourism tax (Impost de turisme sostenible): This Balearic Islands visitor tax is never included in the displayed rate. You pay it directly at the property when you check in. The amount depends on the type of accommodation, the time of year, and the number of nights — the property’s reception team will advise you on arrival.
If you’re budgeting carefully, factor in roughly €2–4 per person per night for the ecotax, depending on your accommodation category and travel dates.
If you find the same property at a lower price on another platform (same dates, same room type, same occupancy), LeibTour will beat that price. Simply send a link to the competing offer to the team and they’ll review it and come back with a better rate.
Make sure the competing listing is for the exact same dates, property, and occupancy — and that the total price (including all fees and taxes charged at checkout on the other site) is genuinely lower. Screenshots or direct links work best.
Some listings on LeibTour display the property under a generic description rather than its full name. This is intentional and is done to protect the special rates that LeibTour has negotiated with those owners. If the exact property name were publicly visible, guests could find the same property on other platforms and the preferential pricing arrangement would be undermined.Hiding the name is a common practice among specialist booking agents and is not a cause for concern. You will receive the full property name, address, and check-in instructions in your confirmation email once your booking is approved.
Every listing on LeibTour displays an Acceptance Score, which shows the percentage of recent booking requests for that property that were successfully confirmed. For example, a score of 85% means 85 out of the last 100 requests were approved.This score exists because LeibTour’s availability calendars reflect potential availability rather than guaranteed real-time inventory. A higher Acceptance Score gives you more confidence that a booking request is likely to be confirmed. During high season (May–July), scores can fluctuate, so it’s worth checking this figure before you commit — especially if your dates are fixed.
Yes — paying by bank transfer saves you €25 compared to paying by card. This saving is applied at checkout when you select bank transfer as your payment method and is separate from any early booking discount or coupon code you may also be using. Prices on LeibTour use dynamic pricing, which means rates change frequently based on demand, season, and availability. The price displayed at the time you complete your booking request is the price that will apply if your booking is confirmed — but if you leave and return later, rates may have changed.
