Studios (Monolocale)
A studio is a single open-plan space that combines sleeping area, living area, and kitchen facilities in one room. Ideal for solo travellers or couples who want self-catering flexibility without paying for space they won’t use.
Apartments
Self-contained units with one or more separate bedrooms (1BD, 2BD, 3BD), a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Apartments suit groups and families who prefer home comforts, the ability to cook, and more privacy than a hotel room offers.
Aparthotels
The best of both worlds — apartment-style units (with kitchenettes or full kitchens) inside a building that also offers hotel services such as a reception desk, swimming pool, and gym. Great if you want independence but appreciate having staff on hand.
Villas
Private standalone properties, usually with a garden and a dedicated swimming pool. Villas offer the most exclusivity and space, making them ideal for larger groups, families, or anyone who wants a self-contained retreat away from shared facilities.
3-Star Hotels
Comfortable, no-frills hotel experience with standard rooms, daily housekeeping, and on-site reception. A reliable mid-range choice with consistent quality standards.
4-Star Hotels

Boutique Hotels
Small, design-led properties — typically under 50 rooms — where the focus is on individual character, local aesthetics, and personal service. Each boutique hotel has its own distinct personality rather than following a chain formula.
Hostals
Budget-friendly properties offering simple private rooms or shared dormitory-style accommodation. Hostals are the most affordable option on LeibTour and are popular with younger travellers, solo visitors, and those spending more time out than in.
Farm Stays (Agriturismo)
Rural properties set within working or traditional Ibizan farms (fincas). Farm stays offer a peaceful, authentic side of the island — away from the clubs, surrounded by almond trees, olive groves, and countryside. Unique and memorable for couples or families seeking something different.
Room Type Codes
Within each property, individual units and rooms are labelled with GDS codes. You’ll see these codes throughout the LeibTour listings and on your booking confirmation.The same property may list several room types at different price points. For example, a 4-star hotel might offer
