Your Pre-Arrival Voucher
Two days before your check-in date, you’ll automatically receive your official LeibTour voucher by email. This is your key document for arrival, so make sure the email address on your booking is one you check regularly. Your voucher includes everything you need to find and access your property:- Property address and GPS coordinates — for privacy and security reasons, these are only revealed after your booking is confirmed and will not appear anywhere before your voucher is sent
- Check-in and check-out instructions specific to your property
- Documents you’ll need to present on arrival
- Phone numbers for the property and LeibTour support

What to Bring on Arrival Day
Make sure you have all of the following ready before you head to the property:1
Your Official LeibTour Voucher
You must present the official voucher at check-in — either printed or on your device. Properties are required to verify it before handing over keys.

Passport or National ID
Every guest staying at the property must present a valid passport or national identity card. This is a legal requirement under Spanish law — see Guest Registration for details.

Visa (if applicable)
If your nationality requires a visa to enter Spain, bring it with you. The property may need to record visa details as part of the registration process.

Credit Card
Some properties require a credit card on arrival for a security deposit or incidental hold. Check your booking confirmation for property-specific requirements.

Tourism Tax Payment
The Balearic Islands Sustainable Tourism Tax (eco-tax) is collected directly by the property at check-in — it is not charged by LeibTour. Bring cash or a payment card to cover it. See Tourism Tax for a full breakdown of rates.
Early Check-In
Standard check-in times vary by property and are shown on your booking confirmation. If you’d like to arrive earlier, early check-in is subject to availability and can be arranged directly at reception for €15 + VAT.Late Check-Out
Late check-out is also subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the property. Details will be included in your voucher, or you can ask at reception on the day.Important House Rules
