# How to Search and Filter Accommodations on LeibTour

> Learn how to use LeibTour's search form, filters, availability calendar, and custom request tool to find your perfect Ibiza or Formentera stay.

LeibTour's search tools put 185+ licensed properties across Ibiza and Formentera at your fingertips. Whether you know exactly what you want or you're still exploring, the combination of the main search form, granular filters, and a live availability calendar makes it straightforward to narrow down your options — and a custom request form is always there if you need something more bespoke.

## The Main Search Form

Head to [leibtour.com/search-form/](https://leibtour.com/search-form/) to start your search. The form asks for four key inputs before showing results:

## Filter Options

Once results load, a filter panel lets you refine further. Every filter stacks with the others, so you can be as specific as you like.

## Availability Calendar

The [availability calendar](https://leibtour.com/search-form/availability/) gives you a bird's-eye view of which properties have open dates across the month. Use it when your travel dates are flexible — you can spot a gap in a property you love and shift your trip by a day or two to make it work.

## Reading the Listings

Each result card in the listings view shows a property photo, area tag, nightly rate, and a set of badge icons for key amenities. Click through to the property page to see the full room list.

### Understanding Property Codes

LeibTour uses GDS (Global Distribution System) codes to label room types precisely. You'll see these codes in the room list and on your booking confirmation.

| `1BD` | 1-Bedroom Apartment       |
| `2BD` | 2-Bedroom Apartment       |
| `3BD` | 3-Bedroom Apartment       |
| `DLX` | Deluxe Room or Unit       |
| `DBL` | Double Room               |
| `TWN` | Twin Room                 |
| `SGL` | Single Room               |
| `TRP` | Triple Room               |
| `JS`  | Junior Suite              |
| `SU`  | Suite                     |
| `PH`  | Penthouse                 |
| `FAM` | Family Room               |
| `ADP` | Adapted (Accessible) Room |

Rate type codes also appear in some listings:

### Acceptance Score

Some property listings display an **Acceptance Score** — a percentage that reflects how often that property confirms booking requests versus the total number of requests it receives. A higher score means the property is responsive and reliably confirms bookings. If you see a lower score, factor in a little extra lead time or consider an alternative.

## White Label Properties

You may notice that certain listings show a property description, photos, and amenities but no property name. These are **white label listings** — LeibTour negotiates special rates with some properties under a confidentiality agreement, which means the name is hidden until your booking is confirmed. The accommodation itself is fully genuine; you'll receive all the details once the reservation is secured.
