  <Step title="Manual Review — Up to 24 Hours">
    Once you submit a booking request, LeibTour's reservations team reviews it manually — typically within a few hours, and always within 24 hours.

    During this review, the team:

    * Verifies real-time availability with the property
    * Checks that the unit suits your party size and any special requirements
    * Confirms the exact rate and any applicable discounts

    This step works similarly to Airbnb's request-and-approval model: your booking isn't confirmed until a human has signed off.
