## Property Types

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Studios (Monolocale)" icon="building">
    A studio is a single open-plan space that combines sleeping area, living area, and kitchen facilities in one room. Ideal for solo travellers or couples who want self-catering flexibility without paying for space they won't use.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Apartments" icon="house">
    Self-contained units with one or more separate bedrooms (1BD, 2BD, 3BD), a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Apartments suit groups and families who prefer home comforts, the ability to cook, and more privacy than a hotel room offers.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Aparthotels" icon="building-columns">
    The best of both worlds — apartment-style units (with kitchenettes or full kitchens) inside a building that also offers hotel services such as a reception desk, swimming pool, and gym. Great if you want independence but appreciate having staff on hand.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Villas" icon="tree">
    Private standalone properties, usually with a garden and a dedicated swimming pool. Villas offer the most exclusivity and space, making them ideal for larger groups, families, or anyone who wants a self-contained retreat away from shared facilities.
  </Card>

  <Card title="3-Star Hotels" icon="star">
    Comfortable, no-frills hotel experience with standard rooms, daily housekeeping, and on-site reception. A reliable mid-range choice with consistent quality standards.
  </Card>

  <Card title="4-Star Hotels" icon="star">
    Elevated amenities including upgraded furnishings, larger rooms, a pool, gym, bar, and often restaurant facilities. Suited to travellers who want comfort and convenience without full luxury pricing.
  </Card>

  <Card title="5-Star Hotels" icon="star">
    Ibiza's finest hotel experiences — exceptional service, premium bedding, spa facilities, fine dining, and high-end design. Expect concierge service and curated extras at every turn.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Boutique Hotels" icon="palette">
    Small, design-led properties — typically under 50 rooms — where the focus is on individual character, local aesthetics, and personal service. Each boutique hotel has its own distinct personality rather than following a chain formula.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Hostals" icon="backpack">
    Budget-friendly properties offering simple private rooms or shared dormitory-style accommodation. Hostals are the most affordable option on LeibTour and are popular with younger travellers, solo visitors, and those spending more time out than in.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Farm Stays (Agriturismo)" icon="wheat">
    Rural properties set within working or traditional Ibizan farms (fincas). Farm stays offer a peaceful, authentic side of the island — away from the clubs, surrounded by almond trees, olive groves, and countryside. Unique and memorable for couples or families seeking something different.

## Board Options

<Accordion title="Room Only">
  No meals included. You pay for the room and arrange all your own food and drink. The most flexible option — ideal if you plan to eat out every day or you're staying in an apartment with kitchen facilities.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Breakfast (BKR)">
  Daily breakfast is included in the room rate. This is typically a buffet or continental-style spread served at the property each morning. A good middle ground — you start the day sorted and stay free for lunch and dinner.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Half Board (HB)">
  Breakfast and dinner are included. Lunch is at your own expense. Half board suits travellers who like a structured daily routine and want to save money on two meals without committing to full board.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Full Board (FB)">
  All three meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — are included in the rate. Best for resorts or properties where on-site dining is high quality and you'd rather not think about food costs each day.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="All Inclusive (AI)">
  Meals, snacks, and typically house drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are all covered throughout the day. The best value option for guests who plan to spend most of their time at the property, or who want total cost predictability.
</Accordion>

## LeibTour's Star Rating System

<Warning>
  LeibTour displays its own 2–5 star quality rating on listings. This is **not** an official government or industry classification — it reflects LeibTour's internal assessment of each property's facilities, condition, and guest experience. A LeibTour 4-star property may or may not hold an official 4-star licence from the Balearic Islands tourism authority.
</Warning>

Use LeibTour's star rating as a relative quality indicator when comparing similar properties, rather than as an absolute benchmark.

## Adults Only Properties

Properties labelled **Adults Only** do not accept guests under 18 (some set the minimum age at 16 — check the individual property policy). These properties are legally or contractually restricted to adult guests only.

<Warning>
  LeibTour strictly prohibits stag and hen party bookings across **all properties** on the platform — not just adults-only listings. Reservations made under false pretences may be cancelled without refund, and the property reserves the right to refuse entry on arrival. If you're travelling as part of a celebration group, contact the [LeibTour team](https://leibtour.com/requests/) before booking to confirm which properties welcome that type of stay.
